Important Pickup Changes Effective April 6
Appointments Required:
- To help minimize wait times for all of our customers, appointments will be required for all pickups.
- This will make sure there are never long queues.
- Dedicated teams will be assigned to certain types of orders.
- A link will be in the invoice email, please use the link to book your appointment.
- We are unable to pick any orders for customers without an appointment.
About Us
Payment Information
- Manual Credit Card Payments: We will no longer automatically charge credit cards after the auction. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2% processing fee will apply.
- Restocking Fees for Unpaid Orders: Any unpaid orders after the pickup deadline will incur a restocking fee equal to our buyer’s premium + seller’s commission.
- Extended Pickup Window: You now have 5 days to pick up your items following the auction!

To join in on the auction fun, you gotta register first. We need some personal information to confirm your identity and make sure you're eligible to bid. Oh, and credit card details are required too—no, we won't go on a shopping spree with it. All bidders must be of legal age, no kiddos allowed.
Sharing is caring, but not when it comes to your auction account. It's your responsibility, and yours alone. No sharing allowed. We don't want to see your grandma accidentally bidding on a rare vintage guitar.
During the auction, keep an eye on your bids like a hawk. You can track their status within your hibid account. It's like having your own personal bid command center. Exciting, right?
