Pickup Appointments Required
To help minimize wait times and improve the pickup experience for all customers, pickup appointments are required for all Encore Auctions orders. This allows us to avoid long queues and ensure each order is prepared properly.
Dedicated teams are assigned to specific order types to keep pickups efficient and organized. A WaitWhile booking link is included in your invoice email, or you can book directly using the link below.
Please note: Items won in Sunday or Monday auctions may only be picked up Tuesday through Saturday of the same week. Items not collected within this window are forfeited, and orders will not be released without a scheduled pickup appointment.

About Us
Payment Information
- Manual Credit Card Payments: We will no longer automatically charge credit cards after the auction. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2% processing fee will apply.
- Restocking Fees for Unpaid Orders: Any unpaid orders after the pickup deadline will incur a restocking fee equal to our buyer’s premium + seller’s commission.
- Extended Pickup Window: You now have 5 days to pick up your items following the auction!

- Monday: CLOSED
- Tuesday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM
